Card numbers are never stored in the app; we keep only the order record.

Approximate location sorts pitches once and is then discarded.

Account deletion is built into the app, confirmed with a one-time code.
FAQ
Questions players ask
Is the app free?
Yes. Downloading and signing up are free. You only pay for the session or package you choose, and the full price is shown before you pay.
How do I sign up?
With your mobile number and a one-time code sent by SMS — no password. When you first register, you enter your name and choose your position and preferred foot — you are not asked again.
What if a session is full?
Join the waiting list. When a place opens it is offered automatically to the first eligible player in the queue, who has 15 minutes to confirm before the offer moves to the next player.
Can I withdraw and get my money back?
You can withdraw from My bookings until kick-off, but amounts paid are not refundable, whatever the payment method. Cancelling three hours or more before the start is not recorded against you; withdrawing less than two hours before is recorded as a late withdrawal. See the booking and cancellation policy.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn one point for every riyal actually paid once the match is approved and your attendance and payment are confirmed, up to the balance cap (currently 200 points). Spend them in the loyalty store on gear, drinks or a free session. Read the points and wallet terms.
What is the LOB wallet?
A riyal balance on your account that you can spend at checkout in one tap, with every movement visible. The management team credits your wallet — contact them for the options available. The balance cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred.
Is LOB on iPhone?
The Android version is available now as a direct download, and we are working on bringing LOB to the App Store and Google Play soon. When installing the file, your phone may ask you to allow installs from this source.
Do you store my location or card details?
No. Your approximate location — if you allow it — is used once to sort pitches by distance and then discarded, and card details are never stored in the app. Details are in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account → Delete my account and enter the confirmation code sent to your phone. Your name, number, email and position are erased permanently. Read the account deletion page for what is deleted and what is kept.
