1. Purpose
LOB brings players, referees, staff and partner pitches together for football training sessions and friendly matches. These guidelines set the conduct expected when you use the app, communicate with support, attend a training or collect a reward.
They form part of the Terms of Use. Pitch rules and reasonable instructions from authorized staff or the assigned referee also apply.
2. Respect everyone
Treat other players, referees and staff with dignity. Harassment, discrimination, threats, intimidation, abusive language and unwanted aggressive behavior are not allowed. This applies in person and in support messages or other interactions through LOB.
Disagreements about a decision must remain calm and respectful. Follow the referee's direction during play. If you want an issue reviewed, raise it with staff or submit a support ticket after the session.
3. Play fairly
Play within the rules and avoid reckless or intentionally dangerous conduct. Violence, fighting and deliberate attempts to injure someone are prohibited. Respect team assignments and the referee's management of the match.
Arrive on time so the register and teams can be prepared. A confirmed player who is marked absent receives a no-show violation, and a withdrawal less than two hours before kick-off is recorded as a late withdrawal. The full timing rules are in the Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Protect health and safety
Football is physically demanding, and you play at your own physical risk. Decide whether you are fit to participate and consult a doctor if you are unsure. Follow all safety instructions and tell staff promptly if you or another player is injured.
Wear appropriate sports clothing and shoes suitable for artificial turf. Shin guards are recommended. Do not smoke on the pitch.
Stop and alert staff when safety is at risk. Do not continue conduct that a referee or staff member has told you is unsafe.
5. Respect the pitch
Follow the partner pitch's rules. Use the playing surface and equipment responsibly. Do not damage, misuse or remove pitch property. Report damage or a dangerous condition to staff.
6. Use LOB honestly
Use one account per person, keep your mobile number current and keep sign-in codes private. Do not let another person use your account or create multiple accounts to avoid a warning, booking suspension or other restriction.
Do not manipulate bookings, attendance, pay-at-pitch records, discount codes, points, wallet entries, packages, rewards or collection codes. Fraud, attempted fraud and abuse of LOB benefits are prohibited. See the Loyalty Points, Wallet & Packages Terms for benefit rules.
7. How rules are enforced
Staff may warn a player or remove a player from a training for serious misconduct. LOB may suspend booking access or the account for misconduct, fraud, abuse of discount codes or points, or creation of multiple accounts to escape suspension. The response may take account of seriousness, repetition and safety risk.
Late withdrawals and no-shows follow their separate booking thresholds. Under the current operator-configurable settings, four late withdrawals or three no-shows suspend new bookings. Existing bookings, payments and records are not changed by that booking suspension.
8. Report concerns
For an immediate safety concern at a pitch, tell the referee or staff. To report misconduct, account abuse or another issue, use Account → Support tickets or email [email protected]. Provide enough detail for LOB to review the concern.
Support messages are handled under the Privacy Policy. Do not use support channels to harass or threaten anyone.
9. Language
If the Arabic and English versions of these guidelines differ, the Arabic version prevails.
