1. Scope
These terms govern loyalty points, rewards, the LOB wallet and training packages in the player app. They form part of the Terms of Use and should be read with the Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Balances and entitlements are recorded in server ledgers associated with your LOB account. The app's display reflects those records.
2. Earning points
You earn loyalty points only when all three conditions are complete: staff have confirmed your attendance, your payment has been confirmed, and an administrator has approved the match. Making a booking by itself earns no points.
The current earning rate is one point for each whole Saudi riyal actually paid for that booking after the applied discount. A fraction of a riyal earns no point and is never rounded up: for example, a booking for which you actually paid SAR 45.50 earns 45 points.
Because points are not awarded at booking, withdrawing from a booking does not remove points from your balance. A package may separately include bonus points as stated when it is purchased.
3. Balance cap
The current maximum points balance is 200 points. LOB may adjust this cap. When your balance is at the applicable cap, you stop earning additional points. If your balance is already above a newly applicable cap, it remains unchanged, but you earn nothing further until the balance falls below that cap.
LOB may switch point earning or redemption on or off. When a function is unavailable, your existing ledger remains recorded, subject to account deletion and these terms.
4. Redeeming points
You may redeem available points in the in-app points store when redemption is enabled. Rewards may include products, drinks or one free training. The store shows the point cost and available reward before you confirm.
A product reward generates a collection code, such as a code in the form RWD-XXXXXXXX, to present at the pitch. Keep the code available for collection and do not share it with someone who is not entitled to use your reward.
A redeemed free-training reward is applied automatically to your next booking. It must be used within 30 days. The reward covers one training and is subject to capacity, booking eligibility, kick-off deadlines and the ordinary booking flow. If you withdraw before kick-off from the booking it covered, the free training is returned to you until its 30 days run out.
5. Points restrictions
Points have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn, transferred, sold or inherited. They are not property held outside LOB; they are entries in the account's server ledger and can be used only for rewards LOB makes available.
LOB administrators may adjust a player's points with a note, including for a correction or goodwill. LOB may correct duplicate, mistaken, fraudulent or improperly obtained entries. Misuse of points, discount codes or multiple accounts may lead to restriction under the Community & Conduct Guidelines.
6. LOB wallet
The LOB wallet is a riyal balance ledger on your account. Only LOB administrators can add funds or make manual adjustments, and each adjustment carries a note; paying with the wallet at checkout debits it automatically. Examples include recording a prepaid amount you handed to LOB or compensation entered by an administrator.
You cannot add wallet funds yourself through the app. You cannot withdraw a wallet balance as cash or transfer it to another person or account. LOB may switch wallet payments off.
When wallet payment is available, you may select Wallet at checkout and the booking amount is debited from the available balance. Every wallet movement is shown in your in-app history.
A wallet payment is not returned when you withdraw from a booking. Withdrawal does not generate an automatic wallet credit or make the booking payment refundable.
7. Training packages
LOB may offer a training package with a stated price, number of training sessions, validity period in days, optional bonus points and picture. You purchase the package in the app. Each eligible booking covered by it uses one session from the remaining package allowance.
Unused sessions expire at the end of the package's stated validity period. Review the session count and validity before purchasing. A later change to the package offered by LOB does not change the price, number of sessions or validity recorded for a package you already bought.
Package payments are non-refundable. If you withdraw before kick-off from a booking that used a package session, the session is returned to the package as long as the package has not expired; it still lapses when the package expires. Ordinary capacity, waiting-list, clash, suspension and kick-off rules continue to apply.
8. Discounts and benefits
A training may have its own fixed-amount or percentage discount. You may instead be able to enter a fixed-riyal discount code before its expiry. A training discount and a code cannot be combined; you choose one. Loyalty points are calculated from the whole riyals actually paid after the chosen discount.
A free-training reward is distinct from a discount. It covers one eligible booking when automatically applied within its 30-day use period. Availability of a reward does not reserve capacity or override a booking restriction.
9. Suspension and deletion
A suspension from new bookings does not alter existing points, wallet, package, payment or booking records. Contact support if you need help understanding a restriction.
If you permanently delete your account, all remaining points, wallet balance, rewards and unused package benefits are lost and cannot be restored. Account deletion is refused while an active package still has sessions remaining. Use your benefits or contact support before requesting deletion. See the Account Deletion page.
10. Changes and corrections
LOB may change the points earning rate, cap, available rewards, reward costs, or availability of earning, redemption and wallet payment for future activity. The terms shown when you buy a package remain attached to that purchased package.
If you believe a points, wallet, reward or package entry is incorrect, send the details through Account → Support tickets or email support. LOB will review the server ledger and related booking, payment and attendance records.
